The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were nice. The breakfast was always hot and well stocked. I liked the helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk. The dining area was clean and pleasant. Perfect for a family trip!

The location is in an absolutely perfect and favourable spot in the middle of jackson. Amiable and very helpful staff, they smile all the time. Would definitely come back, no complaints, greatly enjoyed our stay.

Room was well-kept and well cleaned with central heating, multi-channel television and an iron. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was favourable in the middle of jackson.

The check-in process was smooth, and the room I had was clean and spacious. I appreciated the breakfast, especially enjoyed the egg and sausage mix. It was tasty and filling. The location is quite convenient for travelers on Interstate 37. The bathroom did have a significant mold issue, concerning, especially for someone with allergies. The AC struggled to cool down the room adequately. Some towels were stained, which left a less-than-great impression. It had its flaws but also some redeeming qualities.

That green sludge in the pool is just unacceptable!!! I can't understand how the towels are stained!!! The mold in the bathrooms needs urgent attention, seriously affecting air quality!!!

Ask for a room away from the pool area to enjoy quieter stays. The location can get lively.

Room size excellent. The breakfast had a solid egg and sausage mix, enjoyed outside on a patio table.

Rooms didn't smell great, with mildew on the comforter and the pool was a no-go, as it was full of algae. The outside pool looked neglected with green buildup on the bottom, which should have been addressed way before our arrival.

The check-in was quick thanks to a helpful clerk, who even gave me some good local tips. I appreciated the large room with clean bedding but the AC just didn't cool like it should.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family, and our queen room was really spacious and tidy. The outside picnic area was a nice touch for breakfast. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us great tips for local spots. The only bummer was the AC didn't cool as well as I'd hoped.
